The error message is not in English. You could try updating your GPU and CPU drivers, also installing the game on a different drive would be a good move.
Launch the game from inside the EA app, don't use Steam.
The error message says: "Code execution cannot continue because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." I don't open the game through Steam; I open it through the EA app, and the error persists. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and nothing changes. I want a viable solution that will make the game work on my PC, or my money back.
Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. I believe the issue should be fixed after that.
