NFS Heat : DLC keys to map
Hello, I am a user who purchased the NFS Heat DLC from Steam.
When I first purchased DLC, an error appeared on the Steam game payment screen.
The money was paid, but the game ran without DLC.
I then requested a refund from the Steam game and received the refund in my Steam Wallet.
I purchased the DLC again with the money I received in my Steam Wallet and ran the game normally.
However, the DLC has not been applied yet, so I sent an inquiry to Steam, but they said I need to get help from EA.
What should I do?
I tried all the solutions suggested by EA. I decided to write this because the agents couldn't provide much help even in the live chat.
