Here again, I had to postpone playing the game due to the fact my processor couldnt handle it 10 days ago. I replaced it and I ve been playing it the past few days. When I started the game few minutes ago I noticed my character and car were removed from the menu background and the yellow polestar took its place again. When I hit play, the game starts again from the first scene. Everything from the past few days is gone... I m getting tired of al the trouble around this game.....

Had to restart computer, I was customizing my Aston Martin and saved the decal before returning to the lobby, I then quit to main menu and then to desktop. After I had rebooted my computer, I was met with a NFS that was completely reset, my rep was back to 1, it shows the car from the beginning chase and it even asked if I wanted to select the difficulty for the game again. I've played 8 hours and have several achievements that it still confirms, yet it acts like I've never played it. Help?

Lots of people are getting this exact thing. I'd just not play it for now until they fix it, I'm tired of losing stuff over and over. ☹️

Same issue here, I didn’t go further the choose difficulty screen just in case, but my data is apparently lost.Furthermore, I am a member of a crew, and a friend of mine told me he stills see me and my SVJ in the crew showroom in the garage.So the server might still think I have all my content, I don’t wanna overwrite it. Cloud Save is on.@EA Help us please !

@muscleboy9 same thing literally happened to me after grinding and playing most of the day. lost 2.5mil and about 40% campaign progress. so frustrating!!!

Originally the game played well (just the odd random resets when hitting jumps) but lately I keep getting a sync error whenever I launch the game. For the past few days I opted to stop up loading the local game as I’m only playing solo anyway. So tonight I decided to upload when prompted in the hope the issue has been resolved. The game has put my cash down $14000 when I had just shy of a million. Not impressed. Was worried the rest of my progress had gone but my currently level and activities appear to be unchanged. EA seem to have just stolen my in game dosh 😡

Playing nfs heat deluxe edition on ps4. Had it for about 2 weeks. Completed main story, off road story, and race story. Recently just acquired 50 reputation. So i bought the konigsegg. Changed the paint added vinyls even modded the parts. Raced it for about three hours. Went to dealership ended up buying the gold mercedes convertible and a 67 camaro. On the camaro i changed paint and fiddled with a vinyl look. Got frustrated saved what i was working on and decided to switch to online mode. The three cars were gone. Switched back to solo mode still gone. However the saves for the repaint and vinyls i did for the camaro and konigsegg are still there? The 13 cars i had before the konigsegg are still there. I don't understand how this has happened. Do i have to buy them again or do i sit and pray that they load next time I'm on?

@WolfLord67324 You probably got an "Item Synchronization Failed" error code, right?
You lost them for good and have to re-buy them.

I was playing nfs in solo mode and I was selling a few cars then I went to online and my money that got off my cars disappeared and the cars aren’t even there anymore please give me my money or my cars back

Did you receive an "Item Synchronization Failed" error code? If so, you're out of luck.

I JUST LOST all my game data today! Do they actually care about any of us since I see this issue has never been resolved? FYI I just got the game in the morning and grinded the whole day only to be given the present of an account that has nothing! WHAT THE ACTUAL * IS GOING ON. Anyways, EA is EA. as soon as the money has exchanged hands they dump us. So What's the point of these NFS trophies I've earned on
