NFS Heat: Community Wraps Not Loading

I'm playing steam version of NFS 2015 and since yesterday issues with snapshots and community wraps started to occur. There are other people on steam forums that reporting the same issue. It looks like server which holding wraps and snapshot is offline or anavailable to reach.

i cant load the community wraps, i tried redownloading the game but still same thing happening to me and its showing the liveries were made on 1/1/1970. i am on pc

This is happening across all nfs titles for me I’ve tried unbound payback and the need for speed game on all I can’t load the community wraps I thought it might of been because I had to delete my game save on unbound to get the season 9 pass to work. I’m on Xbox series X but it looks like it’s all platforms.

i'm having the same exact problem, as well as the creation date being on the 01/01/1970 on each of the wrap slots in the community tab. here i thought it was a me issue but as it turns out it's more global

I’m having the same issue. 

I’ve tried everything I could find across Google, Reddit, and YouTube, spent about an hour going through suggestions and even did a full uninstall and reinstall of the game. None of it made a difference.

I’m confirmed connected online with no other connectivity issues.

Same thing's happening for me on PS5. They just won't load. My own personal library is fine, but I can't access community creations
