I'm having the same issue. After 1 or 2 races, the game crashes. This might be an Origin problem, I get the same crashes in other games like FIFA 20 and Arkham Origins as well.
For me, game is crashing right after when I complete the first race after selecting a character. If in fullscreen mode, I get a DXGI error and I get a black screen if I use borderless window mode.
In both cases, I have to force close the game. I've tried a fresh driver install, disabled all overlays and also disabled fullscreen optimizations and windows game mode and game bar.
Nothing worked! Same crash in the same place every time!

same here either it freezes just after leaving safe house or shortly in race, freezes then crashes to desk top.

I found a solution!
Easzy Workaround:
Close Origin
Press Windows + R buttons and type "%AppData%" and click ok
Delite the Origin folder
Press Windows + R buttons and type "%ProgramData%" and click ok
Go in the Origin folder
Delite every subfolder and data, but do not delete the "LocalContent" folder!!!
Start Origin
Start NFS Heat
DONE 🙂
