NFS Heat EA Servers

I keep getting a pop-up saying "EA servers have been lost or can't be established." I don't know what to do. I have already reset my router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried logging in on my other accounts and it's still popping up. Any suggestions would be helpful
