NFS Heat Progress not Saving at all

I bought NFS Heat on Steam. Every single time I play the game, it does not save any progress that I make. It just returns me to the very start of the game where I have to accept the terms and conditions and the difficulty. I have tried multiple methods like disabling 'controlled folder access', heading to the garage to save, leaving to lobby and re-entering to force a save, etc. I am really lost right now and want to play this game but I can't. Help please ☹️

    I have still not been able to find any save files for this game in the directories suggested

    Hi @fadedpotato06, Would it be possible to test this on a new user or admin account on the device to see if the game can create files?
