NFS No Limits - Update Required

Hi @Flipsk8r44,

Is your game saved on the cloud? If the answer is yes, try to uninstall and reinstall the app completely. This should allow you to retrieve your save from the cloud. 

Let us know if that worked.

I have reinstalled the app completey 3 times and I still get the same error,

I even deleted all data from game centre and re installed yet to get the same error.

I was really enjoying the game so I hope we can fix this

Sorry to hear it didn't work @Flipsk8r44. Your best bet now is to contact the studio's support team directly.

 To do so go to https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/211245838-Need-Help-Contact-Support and fill in the form. It can take up to a few days for them to come back to you but they will have the tools to investigate the issue for you.

I cannot find out ID numbers as I cannot even get to the menu of the game.

Don't worry about that @Flipsk8r44, if you can't access it at the moment it's okay. Try to fill in as much information in the form.

@gpc09 and @Flipsk8r44 I had gotten that issue before. I had gotten "Update Required: Your save game was uploaded from a newer version of the game. Download the latest version of the game to keep playing." screen before. When I got it, I couldn't play No Limits for that day so I didn't play No Limits that day. When I tried to launch No Limits the next day, it worked fine.

Try waiting a day and then try launching No Limits the next day.

I have tried, for about 3 days now :/ still no luck

I had my phone connected to a non Apple tablet at the time I noticed NFS:NL doesn't download anymore and I can't find the data in my cloud anymore It's not on my OneDrive or Cloud at all.
