NFS no limits doesnt work touch screen

New update Done and nothing change , Clear data then Clear all data nothing delete game re- install nothing . Close phone then open nothing , restart phone nothing . I dont really understand why this problem 2 months already countuined
Of course I contacted them, and I've been waiting for two months for them to resolve the issue :)
