Hi. Thank you very much for your concern. I appreciate. I cannot find the live chat to talk with EA and cannot find where to go. The instructions from EA is not working. I cannot find anywhere Issue Support. Firemonkey website disappeared. There EA solved all NFS No Limits problems.

I come back with info. I succeed to talk with EA for this problem. It tells me to open ticket support from in-game. I enter there too and tell the problem with pictures too. I will come back again with info from creators.

I have the same problem, except my image in chapter 15 is blurred, just like nothing was unlocked. The car is in the garage, but I can’t access the races in Chapter 15… The same message than yours appears, that I have to finish ‘special event’ to access… 

I already finish the event and the race is locked. I send pictures with all evidence at support from in-game and I wait for an answer.
