Nfs no limits problem with connecting Google play services

Hello team

I am facing the issue as you can see in this attachment, i have done the force stop method but it is not working and I have updated Google play and Google play service both are latest version but still its showing me to add account page so how can i solve that help me as soon as you can so i can connect with Google play,
