I'm having issues with the new Crew Missions. A new mission was opened yesterday seeker it says to earn B class in street division of underground pop. I was already at B class when this dropped. Because I had already achieved this requirement before the mission dropped, it is NOT giving me credit for achieving it.
They changed it this week so that both this mission and the do six tiers mission start on Sunday. Now, you can complete both missions by doing four tiers in the driver division and one in each of the other two divisions.

I have the same issue and reported it to EA Help through the in game support chat. I’m waiting for a response. There’s was no way to achieve it starting in the middle of the UGR week.
