NfS pay back not installing and stuck on96% and show an x on the progress bar

I bought a ps4 nfs pay back and i started to install it ...it worked fine with my ps4 but when i tried in my ps4pro or any other console it refuse to complete the installation bar and before it finish...an X shown on the progress bar. Plz help
