not earning rep or credits

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug not getting race rewards after finishing 1st in races.
What car were you using? ford mustang
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? both day and night events last race was night event.
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? don't know try play testing the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? no reward after finishing a race. both night and day.
What do you expect to see? getting credits and rep

don't know what to write.. been playing for an hour straight 4 races. no rewards cash or rep. 2 day races 2 night races. only cash I have is from billboards. still lvl 1 rep think I got 5 rep points from free roaming night

    Same problem.

    Btw i am playing solo.

    Edit:

    After exiting the game and restarting the game, everything seems to work fine now. Nevertheless, it was really strange, that i wasn't working the first time.

    @SygKo @Galford24 

    Just to confirm that if you are seeing an issue with Rep or Bank, restarting the game should get you back on track.

    for some reason i dont get any money after completing races?? 

    EDIT: Just restart the game then it will work

    @EA_Barry worked for me. rocky launch? shouldn't happen. actually made me not want to play the game. however it works now.

    I played the first races and I got no money or rep so I thought it was a glitch so I just drove to the garage to buy the nos kit now I am stuck in the garage with no money and rep and can’t get out (I am on Xbox)I have reset my Xbox,quit the game, and also unplugged my Xbox and it didn’t do nothing please help!!!!
