I'm also having similar problems.
Specs:
i7-3612QM (quad-core) at 2.1 GHz (turbo boost to 3.1 GHz)
Nvidia GeForce GT 640M with 2GB VRAM
12GB DDR3 RAM
1366X768 Screen
Battlefield 4 can run smoothly at Medium settings, but NFS rivals at minimum settings runs like utter bullsh*t. It's the same game engine, so I do not see what the problem is. Please make a fix for this, I just got the game today.
