Players not moving correctly when i'm near them

Here it is. Hope you can solve this problem. I bought this game yesterday and i'm dissapointed because of this ☹️ My network works really great. I don't think my network is the problem.

I installed first time on HDD and after on SSD but nothing changed, same problem. Now I have problem with NOS. Is not recharging. Too many bugs ☹️

Are you getting any in-game pop-ups that you are experiencing a bad connection?

I checked your dxdiag and while I can't find any additional errors, you are either just on or below the minimum specs for the game which can cause issues. You can get a good indication about how your system will run the game via:

I would also advise to restart your router (unplug it from the power for about two minutes) to check reset your connection.

No, I don't get any in-game pop-ups for a bad connection. I've restarted my router and nothing happened. I play on high without lag. I've tried to play on low but same problem. So disappointed..

My friend and I have been getting the same exact issue.  We checked our drivers, restarted our modems, reinstalled our games, everything.  When we spawn out of the garage we can see eachother move around for about 2 minutes before someone freezes up and aren't responsive.  This is the same case with starting events.  One player will spawn and the second will just drive no where or else not even appear.  The crew system is completely bugged, or else the servers are messed up and nothing is being take of.  

I solved the problem @Straatford87. I've made a clean boot and now it works.  @Crucifiex try a clean boot. After this, the game should work properly. 🙂 And if u have lag dezactivate origin in-game 🙂

My friend tried this and it worked!  All back to normal, I guess I didn't need to do it on my pc.  Thanks guys.
