Players using MODS in MULTIPLAYER

Question

There are players who are using MODS: police cars, trucks etc in MULTIPLAYER mode, these cars should not be used, however this is happening. The main advantage is when using the Grand Corvette police cars, why? That car does not see its speed diminished to tread the earth, so they get a brutal advantage, also in offroad they do not have speed limit equally. i once had that too that a player drove in a pagani huayra in offraod by using a mod.. even if it didn't seem to give him an advantage, this shouldn't be allowed in multiplayer.

the funniest thing about it that there is no report section for things like that ingame, seems you can only report them if there are terrorists xD
