Play/Pause Button while keymapping ?

I have a problem against control keymapping.

When I try to assign, the button is keep automatically assigned to "Play/Pause" button, even I try to click any buttons.

I think this belongs to the Start Screen too, which I didn't press any button and the screen is changed to loading..

Let me know if anyone has the similar issue like this.
