Re: Another useful(?) list

Here is something I was working on but left by the side for a while, it was going to be a list of  which races have rolling starts but I've not done that yet, however it did include some of the parts wins so I've just quickly filled in the gaps.

edit  - lots of changes here too, now all the rolling starts are listed as well as all the race types. From this you can see that only Rush Hour and Time Trial races can be rolling starts and with TT's its very likely to be.

something that would be extremely helpful will be the put the amounts of currency that can be won on a race.. But Is it random everytime for a particular race?

They do change it from time to time, but from my experience:

    * big stack of money was roughly 100x chapter number (that is 10k for chapter 10, 20k for last chapter).

    * small stack of money was about half of that

    * since last update you can get 15/20k in place of a blueprint, once you have them all; and half of that as well - this does not depend on chapter, which means you can get 15k in the first one as well as in the last

Here's another mini list of use to show what parts you should be stockpiling if you are coming up to an upgrade.

I'll have another go at the first list and update it with the info from the 2nd now.

    @HeretikJirka

I've added the races to the first list as requested, its a bit messy. Tidying ideas accepted.

  • @the4thviewer Number of materials needed for an upgrade differs between classes (street, c. sport, muscle, sport, super, hyper), while number of kits stays (1 common, 2 uncommon, 3 rare, 4 epic).

Basically you would need two tables:

    1) parts/materials - each part (like engine or nitro) has precisely one material in each rank (common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary). And this material is the one you need for upgrading that part to another rank as well. Scrap second (and last) row from your table and rename headers to "green, blue, purple" or "uncommon, rare, epic";  you can also add columns for common (flywheel, thrust sleeve, input shaft, tread, thermosensor, valve) and legendary (crankshaft, turbine, gearbox, steel belts, cpu, injector) materials

    2) classes/rebuilds listing how many materials you need for an upgrade for each car class and a given rank.

@the4thviewer First table (materials, number of occurences, races) - according to the other table you are missing two races:

    input shaft + 11.5

    mounts + 18.11

And regarding possible improvements: it would be nice if two other data regarding races could be somehow visible: type of race (nitro rush, hunter and so on) and type of start (rolling/standing). if only one to choose (for example by coloring the background in the list), then the type of start is more important.

Anyway, great work and thanks a lot for that!

OK I've fixed the errors, if anyone wants to find out which races are rolling starts I'll be happy to add them 😉

Spent the last couple of days going through each of the races, finding the rolling starts. I have now completed the list and will update the above in the morning

Can someone check the BP race for Chapter 17 and tell me what type of race it is?  I'm adding them to the master list and I can't see what it is till I've had a refresh,

No what type as in Nitro Rush, Airborne etc

  • @the4thviewerBTW, if you know what car is associated with which level you can just check the BP in the garage and it will tell what type of race it is.

If I were to change one thing in your list it would be to order the material (common, rare, epic, etc.) rather than order by # of races.  Or do it alphabetically.  Anything to make searching easier.

    Thanks for your efforts.

This is a great list which surely took a lot of effort to make..i mean a lot...good work man..

It would also be good to have a list on where to get the parts themselves based on epic, legendary etc - these will be all from car series..it could help in better planning on what cars to upgrade using those parts and what car series to complete first. adding PR requirements would be an added bonus...

Right, I've posted two new versions of the main lists with a lot of changes,  including a lot requested above, a little less messy in someways more so in others.  Check them out, bugtest them, request other things, if I can add them I will.
