Alright, @Pred999 -  I suggest repairing your game client then. In Origin, right-click on your Game and select Repair.

Also, can you plug the headphones directly into the sound card ports on the back of the machine.

Finally maybe you can try the Windows Online Troubleshooting for Audio issues:Playing Audio troubleshooter [Leads to Windows Microsoft support website]

i have tried all what you say, and also changed some numbers in the audio file, but nothing works.... really sad, i would lile the play the game with full audio. like this i will just throw the game away. its stupid to play with audio bugged.

I would like to help you out with this issue but so far it's difficult to identify the root cause especially knowing that you can hear other sounds in game. 

I never heart about a similar issue before for this title but what is the manufacturer for your Headphones?

Also, if the community members cannot assist you with this maybe you can contact a game advisor. 

This said, the game itself does not seem to be cause.

My headphones is not the problem, because with my speakers do the same, and also tried difrent ones.... I made a video so you can see what happen here.

As you can see no Police siren, bugged horn, bugged nitrous sound, bugged crash sound.

Please try to Clean Boot your PC and launch the game only, there must be an application or a program running in the background causing this issue.

Did the clean boot, but didnt work =(. I was really thinking that was going to work.... I guess i just have to give up. Cant find the problem =(.
btw, the only thing i dont have with the system requeriments is the graphic, i have Geforce GTX 560 1GB and its recommended GeForce GTX 660 3 GB. But dont think it have anything to do with that, because i can play good without any lag....

Your Graphic card should not have an impact on the audio actually.

Have the exact same problem. Can't find any solutions on the internet. I really love to play the game, just that the sound stutter is such a game breaker. All my other games work perfectly, no problems with audio at all. Tried different outputs, speakers, headphones, earphones, onboard speaker. Still doesn't fix the stuttering problem.

I'm afraid we are doomed, It's obvious EA has left us out to dry. They couldn't even fix that 30fps lock on the game, we'd have to add some stuff on the game shortcut to play on 60fps as a workaround. Perhaps they've abandoned the PC version and just focused on the new consoles. Sad.
