If you want to relink your account, you will have to talk to EA support. As for the achievement you will just have to try again after relinking your account.

    Thanks for your response @danisoff. In regards to relinking my account, I have done this to the exact same PlayStation account and the game has said I have linked it to a different account all together and won't let me connect online.

    Any ideas with this?

    This issue may occur because you can only link to a specific account once. The only way to resolve it is by contacting EA Support. I have provided you with a link in the previous post.
