Re: "Can't scan this QR code" - Adding Authenticator for iPhone not working

This should not be this difficult.

I tried using EA Support and the Attached TXT file ( *** with identifying names removed *** )  is the result.

This is a case of the back-end QR generator improperly / incompletely creating the QR code.

    Hey @charlesghopkins 

    Can you verify that your PC's date/time are correct?

    If so, try the following:

    1. Get to the page with the QR code
    2. When you see the qr-code, press f5 on your keyboard to reload the page,
    3. A new qr-code should appear,
    4. This one should work.
