That article is from last December, we've already had the patch that fixed the stuttering - and to an extent it has improved performance over how bad it was originally - so if it's still stuttering you're best solution is probably to turn down settings.

I don't know whether things have changed since then but soon after the game launched Nvidia claimed SLI is never likely to work well with the game because of how the game works.
