DICE TeamIs your progress still reset? Sometimes your progress can be temporarily reset or gone during a server outage, but once full functionality is restored your progress should appear again. Do note that we don't have the ability ourselves to reset your progress.
The only other time where I've seen this happen is when a player has been hacked. If you are unsure about your account safety then please reach out to an EA Advisor.
As previously stated I was "deranked" from level 70-something to level 13. But something is happening. I didn't play the game at all, and I went on 4ish days after and my level rose to 21. What was even more weird was in my previous garage I had the BRZ, Aventador, m3 premium, miata, gtr, and porshe. After my level rose, all those cars were still gone but I somehow acquired a red mustang, leaving my only two cars being the mustang and m3 premium. I went on today (about a week and a half after first incident) and now my level is 27. All cars still gone but now I have the red mustang, m3 premium, and the campaign porshe. I have not played a single minute of the game since the incident and I have no idea why my game is still changing.

DICE TeamThat person somehow managed to login on your account and used the reset your journey option in Need for Speed, after which he just started playing like he bought the game himself..
