If your account is compromised @Timexuwa, you have no other choice than to keep on trying with EA Help. I will also post a link below on how to unlink account if you're still able to access it.

Hi, how can i contact EA support? is there any forms or email that i can send? I'm having the same issue too as some random EA account linked to my steam account and causing me cant connect my ea account to my steam account

Same is happening to me, ea won’t help me unlink the steam account because I can’t show proof I own the account. Like my steam is on someone’s ea and I can’t play apex.
