Re-roll timer and crew crate timer are useless

When the reroll timer for crates is at zero, it just starts again at 24 hours, but you do not get a reroll.

When the reroll timer for a new crew crate is at zero , it sits at zero, but you do not get a new crate to buy.

 You will both at a random time, the timers are totally useless. Could you please fix this?
