Assuming you are on PC, try right clicking the game in Origin and then choose Repair.

Let that process finish and then retry playing, thanks.

I have a similar problem. It gets stuck on the home screen but on my phone and only with my ISP. With other ISPs it works fine. Do you know what it can be and what should I inform my internet provider?
