Save game problem

I have a Huawei mate 20 that i used to play nfs no limits on and i always saved the game to the cloud 

But when i got my new phone two days ago i tried getting the same save game from the cloud and i connect my same account that i use on my old phone and the save game is not even there there is no prompt to continue on the last save game it just starts a new game.

I tried copying the game files from the old phone

I tried signing in and out many times

I tried installing the game on a different phone

None of them worked i just need a way to get my save game to my new phone
