Shipments After Restart

When you restarted - did the game reset everything, meaning all cars gone etc.?

Oh, I would like to know the answer to this one.  I wonder if it is a bug.

Without being 100% sure, but I do NOT think, that you can "farm" shipments just by resetting and redoing stuff, you get ONE per level up and that's it.

Otherwise people could just perma farm levels 1 to 5 and have hundrets of shipments within a few hours.

Shipments are based on your account, and not the savegame.

You would need to restart your 'game' not just delete items in the storage or saved game folder.  I have not seen how to reset the game to the beginning.

It has been long enough without a positive resolution for your question, I would ask them.

Well, my answer might not be *positive* enough, still it's the most plausible one.

Shipments can be bought with purchaseable SpeedPoints, I am very sure you can not just start over and get them for your already reached Levels again and it won't matter how often you reset as these rewards are bound on your EA Account and not on the progress.

So, i completed the game again, played for a while. When my first run finished i was level 35 or 36. My second run ended at like level 53 (counting how many times i leveled after 50), i did get shipments but not at every level after 36...  37-42 gave me shipments, 43-47 didn't, and 48-50 gave me shipments and i believe the 50+'s ones did as well. I restarted the game again, finding out i had almost 400 Trade Tokens, these must stack from previous playthroughs, but shipments don't even appear until you surpassed a level you hadn't in another playthrough. There should at LEAST be a profile selector kind of like how Most Wanted (2006) and Carbon did, but not have to create another EA account or whatever. The game is very short in my opinion and needs a story expansion or more to do in the freeroam. I would rant about the race "gambles" but this isn't for that. 

TL;DR: Restarted the game, playing story for 3rd time, shipments DO happen once new highest level is set, Trade Tokens refresh and stack, game needs story expansion.

you won't get any shipments until you reach/pass the level you were at when you restarted. For instance, if you were already level 30 and restarted, your first shipment would arrive at level 31 in the new game. You do get the Deluxe edition cars again, but not the shipments.
