So will there be multiplayer freeroam or what?

I have preordered the game, played the 10 hour trial, loved it... But, I am worried to see that there is much talk around the internet saying that there will be no multiplayer freeroam. That is like ...

yup think ima just refound my money back and download game from torrent  fk this lol wasting 70 bucks in a game where there is no online  interaction exept for lobbie u can be whith friends and roam limited to 8 people ahhahaah what a joke defenatly not worth 70 bucks need for speed world 2010 was better then this and was free to play they closed it down to make this * thank god for refund policy xD and thank god for Utorrent
