Stuck load screen and Game Sharing

  • Can you provide the system you're on?
    Windows 10
  • Was all sharing local to one system? If so, how many accounts played Heat and how many were affected?
    No sharing AT ALL
  • Did you game share by logging into a friend's system? If so, was this with just one friend or more? Is it in one location or more?
    No game share, my save became corrupted because one day  the server Disconnected me and i was buying a car at that moment.
  • Do you have multiple consoles you play on locally. 
    No
  • Alternatively, if you've never shared the game and have a single account on a single system, that may also help.
    Any information you can provide will help with looking into this.

  • Edit; please include when you first encountered the looping loading. 
    As i stated above i encountered it when i tried to buy a porsche and the game said that the transaction had failed but it deducted the money from me, so  iclose game since the servers were not going good and the next day i had a porsche that was missing wheels doors and front bumper...
