Stuck load screen and Game Sharing

Can you provide the system you're on?
PS4
Was all sharing local to one system? If so, how many accounts played Heat and how many were affected?
I own the game and am game sharing with a friend on a separate console.
Did you game share by logging into a friend's system? If so, was this with just one friend or more? Is it in one location or more?
No i purchased the game so I own the digital copy.
Do you have multiple consoles you play on locally.
Just the single PS4
Alternatively, if you've never shared the game and have a single account on a single system, that may also help.
Any information you can provide will help with looking into this.
Edit; please include when you first encountered the looping loading.
I have been locked out of the game since December 12th of 2019. I really hope this helps because I really enjoy the game and haven’t been able to play.
