Unable to load my game

Hi I went back on my account to play NFS heat and all of my hard work and progress is completely gone and it starts from the very start of the game. I can see that my progress and cloud data is on my system but it doesn’t load

  • First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
    Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!


    If you come across the error that your cloud save cannot be synced, you can try to manually overwrite it with your local one.

    - Deactivate cloud sync in Origin

    - Launch the game and play to create a newer local version of the saved data

    - Close game

    - Activate cloud sync in Origin

    - Relaunch game, you should now be prompted if you wanna overwrite your cloud save

    You can now overwrite the potentially corrupted cloud save by choosing the corresponding option.

    @Mikimuster3 Hi thanks for your response, does this also apply to playstation 4? I find it difficult to find any options to log in or log out of my accounts through it. Sorry it was not specified above.
