The dlc its free to all deluxe edition players.but i dont know why i have to pay fo it

An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

    And so speedcross isn't free for non-deluxe owners? And how do I know what I am for owner?

    STILL no ANSWER on MISSING E46 OFFROAD, Runner builds or
    live tuning suspension mode on offroad builds NOT changing ride height (problem since this update)

    How about the issue of normal edition player purchased the DLC but unable to enjoy the newest content?

    Purchased the Speedcross DLC but no Speedcross event and abandoned cars is nowhere to be found.
