Hello everyone, I have some news that is reassuring, hoping that it solves our problem. I have just contacted EA again and the technician assures me that the technical department responsible for this problem has just been informed and is working on it. The technician assures me that it was necessary to have a certain number of reports before the system reports the problem to the technician, so with the various reports through the forum that I have been able to see over these 2 weeks and the reports on other sites and the numerous calls from each of us, EA has, I hope, heard us and will correct this unfortunate problem as quickly as possible. Of course, I will keep you informed if there is anything new.
