Hello everyone, I just got off the phone with EA. I explained again the issue we are all having right now, that it has been ongoing for a little over two weeks, and that despite attempts to fix it on the client (players) side and changing platforms and regions, the problem is theirs. I insisted that it is a problem with their servers. I also pointed out that more and more players are posting the same issue on their forums and elsewhere, and the agent confirmed the number of posts regarding this issue and indicated that she would escalate my issue to the appropriate department. I should receive an email from tech shortly letting me know that the issue has been resolved. Hopefully that will be the case, and if it is resolved, I will let you know the good news. If not, I will get back to them.
I think that the fact that there are more and more players who report, this can work in our favor. So let's continue if necessary friends
Hello everyone, I have some news that is reassuring, hoping that it solves our problem. I have just contacted EA again and the technician assures me that the technical department responsible for this problem has just been informed and is working on it. The technician assures me that it was necessary to have a certain number of reports before the system reports the problem to the technician, so with the various reports through the forum that I have been able to see over these 2 weeks and the reports on other sites and the Masonry calls from each of us, EA has, I hope, heard us and will correct this unfortunate problem as quickly as possible. Of course, I will keep you informed if there is anything new.
