Why is the description on the PREMIUM MODIFICATION UNLOCK package Different from the in game description

This Is A Completely Different Description!

That's because these are completely different DLCs.

First one is the Deluxe Bundle, which contains three DLCs (Heroes, Terminal Velocity, Movie Legends): http://www.needforspeed.com/most-wanted/deluxe-bundle

Second one is the Premium Modification Unlock DLC, which unlocks pro modifications in multiplayer and singleplayer.
