[Wii U] Game keeps randomly hard lock/crashing

I got the same problem. I just bought a phisical copy of the game (disc) and it only crashes/freezes on multiplayer mode. It freezes the screen and emits a loud sound like a buzz. I have the last Wii U updates as the game updates. The only solution is power off the console holding the power button by 3 seconds.
