Well, news flash this has been a problem in the NFS Franchise since I can remember the early days.
Pop up A.I. cars while in races or even free roam are a common phantom that seems to never truly get addressed by the DEVS.
Thanks for pointing that out and I fully agree with you it can be annoying to deal with.

- @BLVD69 Too correct you a litle, it has been a problem since EA and Black Box started the street race trend. We dident had that problem with NFS in the 90s, not that i can remember atleast.
I was talking about the regular A.I traffic cars ., not the Racing A.I. cars in the game that pop up
