Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for playing. NVIDIA 3060

Question

Im trying to run the NFS Heat to my Laptop (Dell XPS 9720) but then pop up a message that " Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for playing this game
"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU" GPU does not support DirectX 11.0 which is required." and then crash.

My GPU is updated to the latest drivers my machine also.

My Direct X is ver. 12.

Why i can not play the game, there is any solution thats works?.

Hello&nbsp;@Pos3id0nas,You should start with the usual steps, update you CPU and GPU drivers once again. Reinstall you the game and check for Windows updates. If possible, check if your laptop is registering your GPU.&nbsp;If the mentioned steps don't help, we can try something else.Best regards,danisoff
