Hi, new to speed passes and looking for help. Recently purchased vol.6 premium speed pass and nothings unlocked. I had the rs6 with no bodykits available. Reading online, I've seen it unlocks 45 tiers but I've had to level up with races, is this how it's supposed to be? Any help would be much appreciated.
