$150000 multiplayer bonus missing

I pre orderd the nfs unbound palace edition and I got everything except the 150000 Dollard your supposed to get in multiplayer I laughed it today and nothing I played a little still nothing and I eve...

@EA_Illium I have yet to receive my 150k bonus. I uninstalled and reinstalled the other file. And still nothing. What do I do?
