Hello, I'd like to add myself to the list of people that haven't received the content. I've tried reinstalling the game and have made sure all content is downloaded and it has a check mark on my steam account. I've even downloaded the game on my laptop and synchronized with cloud safe to try and trigger the system to recognize it and it still haven't been received.

- Does the order show complete, pending, or cancelled on your EA order history or on your console account page? - It doesn't show in my EA order history, but in the EA app it tracks that it's activated on Steam on the 5th of December.
Is there any way we can get more traction on this or open support ticket somewhere where it would be prioritized since this is paid content which we have not received and it's highly demotivating to even try to play the title when you know you're missing a boost which really helps at the beginning. Please advise on the best course of action.

Hey Everyone,
To confirm can you check if the Order for the Palace Edition, or the upgrade if purchased after is showing as completed on the platform you are on?
If so I would recommend speaking with our support to confirm your account should have access to the content.

The live chat sent me to here for help, it has just been a loop. Yes it shows completed and downloaded. It shows palace edition on my steam dlc page.

Im missing my 150k bonus from the Need For Speed Unbound Palace Edition and its been 24 hours since i bought the edition.
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium It would be nice if we could speak too someone, but we can't! It impossible. At this point I just want a full refund on the game. The whole point of spending the extra money was to get a head start on the game. But at this point I feel as if we got robbed at gunpoint point. It's just a game, give us what we paid for or give us all refunds!
