To confirm can you check if the Order for the Palace Edition, or the upgrade if purchased after is showing as completed on the platform you are on?
If so I would recommend speaking with our support to confirm your account should have access to the content.

@EA_Illium It would be nice if we could speak too someone, but we can't! It impossible. At this point I just want a full refund on the game. The whole point of spending the extra money was to get a head start on the game. But at this point I feel as if we got robbed at gunpoint point. It's just a game, give us what we paid for or give us all refunds!
