Hello, I'd like to add myself to the list of people that haven't received the content. I've tried reinstalling the game and have made sure all content is downloaded and it has a check mark on my steam account. I've even downloaded the game on my laptop and synchronized with cloud safe to try and trigger the system to recognize it and it still haven't been received.

- Did you pre-order or purchase after launch? - After Launch
- Does the order show complete, pending, or cancelled on your EA order history or on your console account page? - It doesn't show in my EA order history, but in the EA app it tracks that it's activated on Steam on the 5th of December.
Is there any way we can get more traction on this or open support ticket somewhere where it would be prioritized since this is paid content which we have not received and it's highly demotivating to even try to play the title when you know you're missing a boost which really helps at the beginning. Please advise on the best course of action.
