Error FTJR2008 / 00090809F

I've been having some problems trying to get online 

technical issues

    I FOUND SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!


    So what helped me


    Step 1.
    From folder
    C:\Users\XYZ\Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound ---->  \SaveGame\ with files like wrap, savegame, wraps   <---- Copy this folder and paste to deskopt

    Step 2. If u have a copy, delete it from folder NFS

    Step 3. Start Game - U gonna see that your saved games not works and new Save File is created by game (Meanwhile when u gonna try start Story/Online = U gonna have Creator of Character - Don't Create just exit if u have creator)

    Step 4. Exit Game, go into that folder SaveGame-> savegame and just replace new file with old (name of file = 1)
    I don't replaced folder wraps/banners, and it works for me

    Def not a good look :-/ telling me the trial works better then the full game and it damn sure wasnt cheap!

    I got this too, I tried deleting my save game but it doesn’t work. I’ve been looking for a fix for days now. Hopefully EA can fix it as I’ve completed the story now I want to experience online.

    Yes I’m having the same problem and I even called them and they told me they don’t have a solution

    I’m still having this issue on Xbox. Same error codes listed above. My online will only work if I have a friend invite me to their game. If I try to start an online game it won’t let me. Says Item System Synchronization Failed  Please Contact Customer support error code: FTJR2008

    Platform Xbox

    when I load NFS Unbound online I get hit with item System Synchronization failed. Please contact customer support. Error Code: FTJR2008. If I hit okay I see my car and person but can’t play online it’s got a lock next to it. But if a friend invites me to game I can load in and play. I haven’t lost any of my progress yet from what I can see. Please release a fix for this. Seems like multiple platforms are having problems. 

    Things I’ve done so far. Uninstall whole game. Reinstall it. Same outcome. Also first starting the game I get hit with error code 40010000
