Extremely poor performance after new update. After the new volume 3 update the game has gotten extremely laggy and impossible to play competitively because i loose races simply because of the game slowing down from my fps. The new update also broke the upscaling but i was using medium/high settings with the upscaler now i cant even play with all low settings. The game seriously needs optimization. I have the newest drivers and have cleared the cache. Another issue is the game getting even laggier the longer the session, so restarts are mandatory to play without loosing my mind. My pc isnt that great but it is above the required hardware. There are some attachments of the laggy gameplay.Here.

@Jabberwocky79 yea the volume 3 update really broke the optimization. i get 60 fps but for some reason its in slow motion like its unplayable.

Not sure if this is the same for you, but for me, Volume 3 immediately created an issue with the FPS stuttering every few seconds, especially when the car strikes a destructible object. It is unplayable now.

I don't think the FPS counter is accurate, because it's showing around 75 FPS for me, but when the stuttering happens, it only changes to around 55. But the stuttering is more like 10-20 FPS. Something is royally messed up.

@Jabberwocky79 but mine doesnt have low fps its just slow like im playing in slow motion yk

@Jabberwocky79 In normal FPS, the problem may not appear. Look at 1% and 0.1% FPS.

Because that's the problem I'm having. Normally my FPS is around 45 while my 1% FPS is around 10-20 so my game appears in slow motion.

@GrandmaquilGood question. I personally use MSI Afterburner with RivaTuner. But I believe AMD and NVIDIA might have their own tools now to report FPS and frame times.
