Latest silent update has destroyed Hot Pursuit mode performance

Summarize your bug The slowmo bug is now worse than ever. When volume 8 dropped the slowmo was only really bad when in a race with lots of other people (let's say 6+) but now I'm having the issue even in a race with only one other person, it's unplayable. CPU usage is also ridiculously high, normally I get around 60% CPU usage, now I'm getting as much as 90%!!!!! when in Hot Pursuit mode. Core i5-12500H. Before this last silent update the performance was not this bad
