Loading screen is frozen after Extraction

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is happening to me everyone on ps5 . I don't know exactly how you can find this bug yourselves but i can create video and post it here
What happens when the bug occurs? Normally, in lockdown mode after successfully extracting the truck. The game summarises my rap sheet after that it starts loading to show my rewards but it keeps loading and ultimately frozen. Then i have to restart the game every time and i do not see any extracted vehicles in my garage also.
What do you expect to see? I want this bug to be fixed as soon as possible because it is ruining my fun and gaming experience.
