Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition on Steam crashing/not launching

Question

So TLDR: I did all of the troubleshooting steps:

I verified the integrity of the game files, repaired the EA App, uninstalled the EA App, reinstalled the EA App. uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, deleted the cache folder, added it as an exclusion in Windows Security, added it in the Windows Firewall, tried running the game in Compatibility mode, tried running in "Clean Boot", tried it on my second PC, reinstalled Windows 11.

I even bought DLC to see if that was the issue since when I go into offline mode I get a pop up saying that "The game license has expired" and to launch my game online to renew the license Error code: EC:204, but it doesn't start. But for example I own Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition on Steam and it launches just fine.

I will attach my DxDiag the Event Viewer log and the pop up.

I also have this log file, probably blocking me from activating the game that I bought on the 18th of May 2023.
